The museum is home to a collection of barrel organs, accordions and other free-reed musical instruments. The collection is composed of several sections: the main section is constituted by 147 accordions, manufactured between 1840 and 1968, many of which still perfectly working. Finally, there are three sections dedicated to thematic collections: music in coins and the accordion in iconography and stamps.
