Recently built, the Room Rental Conero Mare Verde is located by the sea, In a very scenic spot surrounded by greenery. From here with a pleasant walk you can reach the beach in less than 10 minutes. It is located in a very quiet area outside the summer chaos, but at the same time very convenient to reach both the beaches and the centers of Numana and Sirolo, 1km and 1.5Km away, respectively.
Description
The facility offers solutions to suit every need with various types of rooms, from the double to triple to quadruple and communicating, each of which has a private bathroom. Our guests can also take advantage of a small but comfortable kitchen for common use, a small room, TV, a beautiful porch overlooking the sea and the countryside (where breakfasts are served in the morning) and the parking. A large garden sets the scene for fully enjoying a vacation of relaxation, sea and nature.
